You will receive the updates for the workbook for the strength portion.
How often should I update my workouts?
I recommend working your workouts from 4-6 weeks with adjustments (increasing weights) as you go to make it more challenging. Then rework your workouts using the workbook.
What if I need more help than just the workbook to write my workouts?
You purchase a call with Kelsey to receive help to write your workouts and get individualized instruction. You can purchase the call while purchasing the workbook or purchase the call only here.
